By accessing or using the RaxClaw AI platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

RaxClaw AI provides an advanced WhatsApp automation platform designed to emulate human behavior. Features include keystroke delay simulation, custom office hours, and cryptographic session management. The Service is intended to provide high-volume brands with efficient communication tools while minimizing the risk of account restrictions.

Users of RaxClaw AI acknowledge that their use of the Service must comply with the Terms of Service and policies of WhatsApp and Meta Platforms, Inc. While RaxClaw AI implements advanced "Anti-Ban" technologies to reduce risk, we do not guarantee that your account will never be restricted or banned by WhatsApp. Users assume all responsibility for their communication practices and account status.

Users agree NOT to use the Service for: (a) sending unsolicited bulk messages (SPAM); (b) harassment, abuse, or illegal activities; (c) distributing malware or fraudulent content; (d) any activity that violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these conduct standards without notice.

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. We use encrypted AES-256 tokens for session security but are not liable for losses resulting from user negligence.

Subscriptions (Pro and Enterprise) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard; access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Message quotas and account limits are determined by your selected plan tier.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAXCLAW AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, OR ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS/BANS IMPOSED BY WHATSAPP/META RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
